Registration without filling the fields issue

  • Hello there,

    I recently installed UM plugin on my wordpress site. Everything worked well until today when I run into the following issue:

    When someone wants to register on my website via UM plugin, the required fields doesn’t count anymore, he can leave all the fields empty and just click on the register button, and the website submits the registration form.

    Can someone please help me with this issue?

    Any news regarding to my problem? I made a clean WordPress & UM plugin install and still having the same issue… Can you guys please help?

    I tried to buy a support ticket from the UM website, but it says that ticketing is closed, can I buy a support ticket somehow? I really need it to work properly.

    Hello, it seems my problem is related. I updated yesterday, and today all my drop down fields on register form does not work anymore. Date picker is also turned off. Can you help please: link to register is: https://skaiperos.com/register/.

    I also updated the plugin, but my register form is still not working properly ?? …only the captcha plugin is working which I downloaded from the UM website.

    Ah that is an old page. I have removed it. Free support is provided via this forum only now.

    We’ve had a few important issues to look into the last week but will test this tomorrow.
