Registration required for ticket submission

    Hi:

    You can turn off registration under TICKETS->SETTINGS->REGISTRATION.

    Hi, I’m following this as the ability to have unregistered users send emails in is a must-have for me.

    Can you confirm whether it is:

    1. Possible to turn off registration requirement (and what bundle / add-on this falls under)?

    2. Possible to have unregistered users create tickets by sending emails only. We do not plan on using ticket form.

    Hi @emcchris:

    1. You can turn off registration under TICKETS->SETTINGS->REGISTRATION. You do not need a premium package for this – it is part of the free version.

    2. You will need the premium EMAIL SUPPORT add-on to allow your users to open tickets by email.
