Registration Redirection Not Working

    Hi All,

    I am trying to create a membership site using Learnpress LMS plugin and Ultimate Member Plugin. I was successful in managing all the redirects except for the Registration Redirect.

    For the respective user role, under the Registration Options, even if I am setting the default registration status to “Require Admin Review” or “Require Email Activation”, neither it is displaying the default custom message for “Require Admin Review” status nor it is sending an email with activation link. It is straight away approving the new user upon registration.

    I am unable to figure out the reason behind it and even after a lot of research I couldn’t find the solution for this, so now trusting the community for a solution.

    Any help is much appreciated.

    Hi @anmolduggal,

    Please check that you have the latest version of the Ultimate member installed.
    Please also do a quick conflict test so we can rule out conflicts with other plugins or your theme that may be responsible for this issue and see if it helps.
    Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.

    Thanks for the reply.

    While I was researching for the solution, I read about the various issues of the theme I had installed, with your plugin. I got the issue resolved by changing the theme.

    The plugin works fine. It was a compatibility issue for sure.
