    Hello,

I tried the registration available visiting the “My account” page as guest, but there’s an issue with it.
    After registration I’m redirected to:
    https://mysitename.com/https:/mysitename.com/shop-account/

So there are 2 links one after the other (home page and shop page) and this results in a 404 page.

Should I change something? what’s wrong?

Thanks in advance for the support

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @doctor-doubledrop,

    Thank you for reaching out!

I tried the registration available visiting the “My account” page as guest, but there’s an issue with it.

Try navigating to Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks. Once there, click the ‘Save Changes’ button (you don’t need to make actual changes), this should re-write the rules for your site’s .htaccess file.

If that didn’t help, kindly attach a copy of your site’s System Status report. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support” (after you scroll down a bit)”. Once done, please paste it here in your reply or via a text-sharing service like https://gist.github.com/.

Look forward to hearing back from you.

    Hi @doctor-doubledrop

Thanks for sharing the System Status Report.

I tried to register an account on your site, however, I am unable to replicate the issue on my end. I’m redirected to this page afterwards: https://psytrance-pro.com/profile/login/?redirect_to=https://psytrance-pro.com/shop-account/

When I tried to login to the site using my newly created account, I am receiving the error message below:

It looks like a third-party plugin or your theme might be causing the conflict here.

For us to investigate this further, can you please try to switch to the default Storefront theme and only WooCommerce plugin is enabled, try to create an account once again and see if this works?

If so, then this kind of problem is usually caused by your theme or a third-party plugin present on your site. We can run a conflict test to verify this. I’d recommend cloning your site to a staging environment and performing the tests described on this guide without modifying your live site or impacting customers. Many hosts provide staging facilities, so it’s worth checking in with them. It’s also possible to do it using the free WP Staging plugin.

If this was caused by a third-party plugin present on your site, it would be best to reach out to the developers for further assistance here.

If this did not resolve the issue, please provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.

Or, if you’d like someone else to do this work for you, our trusted partner, Codeable, has an offering where they will run this test for $150 USD. If there is time left, they will also fix the problems they found.

Let us know how it goes!

    Sure!

I’ve gone ahead and marked this as unresolved for now until you have had time to perform the recommended tests.

We’ll be here if the issue persists ??

    Cheers!
