Registration Redirect to http_referer

Hi,
Need help to understand which hook is used to redirect a user after registration?I currently have set a custom URL which works fine, but I want to create a custom redirect in the functions file to redirect the registration page to the http_referer (previous page).
Any help with this much appreciated.
