Registration problem on the site

Hi, I was wondering whether you can figure this out for me.

I have got a woo-commerce website and within the last 2 days, I have had 36 people sign up for an account and register to the website.

The issue is, I do not have a sign-up form on the website so I am completely at a loss as to how this is happening. If someone can figure this out and let me know it would be much appreciated.
