Registration Problem

    I have a person who wants to register but is getting this two error messages
    This username is already reserved to be used soon
    This emal is already reserved to be used soon

    Any reason why is this happening?

    Hi @ozil23,

    Please go to Dashboard -> User -> All Users -> “Users with Unconfirmed Email Address”-> and search for the email from the screenshot you sent us, do you find the email in the list?

    The error message that you see most likely comes from the fact that the user tries to use a username and email address that didn’t yet confirm his email address (that’s why it says that it is reserved). So lets say a user used the username test to register but he didn’t confirm his email address and then he tries again to register while using the same username, then he will then receive the message “This username is already reserved to be used soon.” (same for the email address)
