Registration problem

  • Hello, I have this problem: when users register on my website, they dont receive the confirmation email. Any idea how to fix this? I tried the support BoldGrin, then BBpress and they told me to ask WordPress! =)

    Btw, BoldGrin Support confirmed that nothing was either sent or “flagged”.

    I just set up a test account on your site.
    I received a confirmation email.
    It is possible that the emails are lost in the users’ spam box.
