Registration page short code not working

    (PS – the short code works correctly if someone is already logged in and already has a Membership 2 account – eg. it displays their membership type. If that user logs out and goes back to the Registration page, the short code still fails to display the registration form.)

    Looks like I got it working by adding the short code specifying the membership type to that page:

    [ms-membership-register-user membership_id=”13″]

    I’m having a similar problem. The short code generated by the membership level does not display a registration form. I get a blank page.
