Registration page not working after update

    It looks like the signup form is there, but it’s being hidden with inline CSS code, as you can see here:

    This is likely caused by another plugin you have installed, so I would check that by deactivating any plugins that might be related to forms or registration, and see if that makes the form appear again.

    When you find the plugin that causes it, it’s best to check with the plugin developer directly to see what can be done.
