    I’m developing a business directory site where user can register.
    On a separate computer, when I attempt to register, no users are added to the admin dashboard.
    On the separate computer, the sign up form tells me I need to fill in all required fields, yet I do fill in all the required fields.

  • Thank you very much for using the directorist plugin. We are sorry to say that you are facing an issue with registration. After receiving your support ticket, we have tested our custom registration form as well as WordPress’s default registration to reproduce the issue using the Directorist version 3.1.1 on WordPress Version 4.9.5. But we did not find any problem. Registration works fine perfectly and we can see user gets listed on the dashboard.

    We would suggest you disable other plugins temporarily and clear the cache of the site and try again. There must be something wrong with other scripts. We have given this response after testing twice. We hope it helps.

    I have installed Directorist on https://www.peerpat.com, and tested the registration. It said that the registration was completed, but I received neither email notification nor listing info on the administration. Could you kindly advise what’s wrong with it?

    We have just tested registration feature on your website and it is working perfectly fine. You can verify a new user ‘aazztech_test’ from dashboard > all users. Here is the screenshot: https://prntscr.com/kqqb3t

    However, we have found two issues on your site.
    1. The mailing feature is not working on your site. Please contact your hosting provider for this issue. Or hire a developer to debug it on your site.
    2. The URL of the Front-End user dashboard is not properly set, therefore, a user is redirected to a wrong page. Please make sure to set it properly from Directorist Listings > Directorist Settings > Pages, links & views > Add dashboard page ID settings option.
