    Hi rackerlund.

    A couple of things to check.

    1) Please make sure you have a page with [events_planner] shortcode.
    2) Make sure the event has been published and the start date is in the future.

    If these don’t help, please get in touch with me via the Events Planner Support portal and I will gladly help you out. I will most likely need WP admin access.
