Registration on home page

Not sure what combination of plugins would get me where I need to be. Currently using WordPress v4.4.2 and a couple other miscellaneous plugins.

I’m trying to changed up the home page so it displays a login form and a registration form. I have the home page setup as a static page and was able to create a shortcode in the theme’s functions.php file to get the login form setup. I got that to work so it gets the user logged in and the home page refreshes to display a logged in status message.

Not sure how to get the registration form there also. Is there a shortcode or a plugin I could use? Trying to set it up with four fields (Username, Email, Password, Confirm Password) and duplicate the built-in registration page.
