registration of Pixelyoursite Pro clicks on buttons (via server)

    Hello, I wanted to know if Pixelyoursite Pro allows registering button clicks via server. We need to track form submissions by creating an event upon button click, but we need to know if it’s also tracked server-side by the pixel before proceeding with the purchase of the Pro version. Thank you very much.

    Hi,

    All our events are send using the tag and the API, if Meta CAPI is configured. So the answer is yes, once you fire an event with the plugin, it will work both ways.

    We configured the event (from Event Management on Meta)

    Could you send me the instructions to configure it, also via server, on the pixelyoursite plugin?

    p.s. the event is tracked when the button is clicked after filling out the form (to track the lead)

    It’s not possible to configure the event just for the API. In essence, for an event to work using both the tag and API it must be configured inside the plugin.

    Regarding events fired for clicks, this type of trigger is available only with the paid version of the plugin. Basically it works using a CSS Selector (class, IDs) as triggers.
