Registration – Not The WordPress One Though

I would like to install a plug-in that allows people to register, but it wouldn’t be the WordPress built in registration. Rather, it would be like this World Vision’s https://donate.worldvision.org/customer/account/login, wherein one can perform express checkout, access tax deductible receipts, or to learn more.
Can anyone point me to a good plug-in for this?
