Registration no longer works at all

    After installing this plugin, users are completely prevented from registering. After filling out the required fields (name, email, password), and clicking submit, nothing happen. The page appears to refresh, but the registration does not complete.

    I have deactivated the plugin, and registration works again. Any ideas as to why this is?

    Will need to find another plugin if no solution is available.

    Can you see the security check box on the registration page?

    Hello Shea we have just installed the plugin and it appears that in Internet Explorer the arrows that allow you to choose the number in the maths question do not appear. However they do appear in Google chrome (but not in every case). When you have the type the number in it doesn’t recognise the answer to the maths questions.

    Apologies for not responding to this thread – I have since switched to another plugin.

    Izzy, you should really start a new thread instead of hijacking someone elses, as your problem is different to what was originally posted.
