    Hello Team,

When a new user completes the registration, the WP User has been created but not the Member with the chosen plan.

When I log in with the user, I go to the ACCOUNT Page, and now I subscribe to a plan, and the Member has been created with the chosen plan.

    Check my Screenshots document

    Best Regards

    Riccardo

    Hi @raggi,

    1. Could you please provide the URL of the page where you have the PMS Registration form?

    2. Could you please go to your site’s Dashboard -> Paid Member Subscriptions -> Settings -> Payments -> and send a screenshot from the Active Payment Gateways section? Please make sure to NOT include in the screenshot the Credentials section, only the Active Payment Gateways section to be seen at the moment.

You can use a site like https://snipboard.io/ to share the screenshot.

    Best regards,

    1. Do you use any caching plugins? If so, could you please exclude our pages (the pages created with our shortcodes, ex :[pms-register], [pms-login], etc.) from it and check if the issue persists?

    2. If you have any caching enabled via a plugin or from your hosting, could you please disable them temporarily and check if the issue still persists?

    3. Could you please create a new page in which to add only the PMS Register shortcode( [pms-register] ) and check if the issue still persists?

    Hi Alex

I disabled all caches, local cache and provider cache, same situation.

    I created a new page, https://www.basketballwebinar.com/wp/pms-test/ , same situation.

I don’t see the Payment button

    any other suggestions?

    New Updating

If I enable a second payment, the PAYMENT BUTTONS are shown in the registration page, but the registration is not completed. The WP User is created, not the PMS Member.

If I log in with the new WP User, I go to the ACCOUNT Page, and I subscribe to the plan, the process completes all steps of Member creation and sends the Payment message.

Regarding the “Select Payment Method” section:

That appears only if you have 2 or more payment gateways active (from which the user can choose from). Since if you only have one active payment gateway active, then you can’t choose/select a different one.

Regarding the issue PMS member issue, just to be sure:

    1. Could you please go to your site’s Dashboard -> Plugins -> Installed Plugins -> and send a full screenshot with everything you have installed related to Paid Member Subscriptions (make sure the plugin version can be seen)?

    2. Could you please go to your site’s Dashboard -> Paid Member Subscriptions -> Subscription plan -> click on the “One Year Professional Plan” -> and send a full screenshot from there with all the settings?

    3. How did you create the PMS Registration form? Was it through the PMS Registration shortcode or did you use the PMS Registration Gutenberg block?

    Best regards,

We currently have an issue that is affecting some Gutenberg blocks but it seems that this also affects the Gutenberg PMS Registration block, I’ve also added this information to our development team and this issue will be fixed in one of our future updates to to Paid Member Subscriptions.

    Regarding the member issue:

I’ve tested on my WP Instance with a setup similar to yours, but there everything works correctly (after registration the user is a PMS Member with a Pending subscription plan). Since this looks a lot like a conflict with some other code or plugin, the next recommended step is the conflict test (ideally in a staging environment):

Briefly* disable all other plugins and enable the default Twenty Twenty theme. Please also disable all add-ons. If this fixes the problem, enable everything one by one, checking each time to see when the problem returns.

Note: Please do the conflict test on a test site, not on the live site.

Important: Also with Paid Member Subscriptions, on the staging/testing site you need to activate Test Mode (from Paid Member Subscriptions -> Settings -> Payments page), and also to deactivate all the emails (from Paid Member Subscriptions -> Settings -> E-Mails -> and toggle off all the emails).
