    Unfortunately, we aren’t seeing what the customer sees (when we test it out it always works) but I’m assuming after they click pay they get a blank page. Then they attempt to pay again. Typically after the second time they click pay a registration link is sent to them. But we then need to refund their first expense (at a cost to us)

    We’ve put a disclaimer on our website to reach out to us and we will make an account manually. But we have lost many customers because of this problem

    It appears there is an email issue on your server. I recommend starting by enabling the debug logging feature. This will help verify if the plugin is receiving all payment notifications and communications from the payment gateway (e.g., PayPal, Stripe):

    Enable Debug Logging

    Debug logging will confirm whether the plugin is processing payments and executing the email sending code. If the plugin receives the payment notifications, it should execute the email sending code accordingly.

    Thank you so much! I have enabled the Debug Log and will use it to pinpoint the issue. This is definitely a step in the right direction. I may reach out once I see what’s happening in the log.

    Hello Again,

    Now that I’ve enabled the debug log, I am able to see the issue. However, I would love some help figuring out what is happening.

    We noticed a new subscriber got charged twice, so we refunded and deleted one payment. We got an email notifying us of a new subscriber, but she claims she was unable to log in. She ended up trying another 2 times to pay for a subscription.
