registration issue

Hi,
I’ve created a pop up and completed, in the settings, the email to receive the subscription notifications.
When I test the pop up, I click on the button to validate but nothing happen. It loads, loads, loads… and never confirms. I have to close the pop up and I’ve never received any mail on the defined email.
