Registration is Disabled, While the Setting is Enabled

    Alright, this is a weird one, and it’s on all of my WP websites.

    Registration for the website is enabled. The checkbox enabling anyone to register is checked.

    But, while people are trying to register, they get this error:

    ERROR: User registration is currently not allowed.

    The error appears when people submit their registration form.

    How do I fix this?
