    On a subsite for a multisite setup I am trying to turn on registration for users.

    I have a membership plugin ‘Ultimate Membership’ that is managing my users, but I can’t even turn on registration options to allow people to try to register.

    When I go to Settings > General I have NOTHING for registration.
