Registration Form To Enter A Page

Hello guys,
I need to do the following:
The client wants to download a demo of our software and in order to be able to reach the download page, they’ll have to fill a form with information. This information needs to be sent to a e-mail of mine and then he’ll be able to download it Thats it. No e-mail conformation for registration, no need for the server to insert the data into a datbase.
