• Once all the fields are filled in and the “Register” button is clicked, the page simply reloads the registration form. No error messages. It does not redirect to the confirmation page. The user is not created in the database. Nothing happens other than a page reload.

I have created a cloned site to try and fix this issue. With every plugin disabled, other than Ultimate members, using twentyninteen as the theme I am still getting the same issue.

Versions prior to 2.1 update all function properly so I have been using Rollback feature for my live site to run version Ultimate Members 2.0.56 with Ultimate Members Recaptcha 2.1.0.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @npasquinelli1,

Can you please try to create a new registration form and a new registration page and see if it helps. Please make sure to assign correct registration page in Ultimate member -> Settings -> General -> Pages.

    Regards.

Exact same here. And already try to recreate the things like suggested.

    Also, as feature request:

In admin, every for should have:

    – A default redirect page
    – The ability to define a custom redirect page
    – The ability to be rendered on any page via php instead of shortcodes

    Thank you, regards

same problem here. there is no confirmation-text or a redirect. i tried both versions

    2. problem: the new user is able to log in without permission. in the setting i tried “e-mail-activation” and “admin-verificaton-needed” in both cases the user is able to see the restricted content after filling out the reg-form.

is this only able in the premium version?

    sorry for my bad english.

I did try to create a new registration form (exact same fields as the original) and a new registration page (identical to the original but with a new page ID), then updated the menu links throughout the whole site.

That fixed the issue on my site and allowed new users to register, get a confirmation email, and email the site admin.

Our registration settings are for manual admin approval.
