    Hello,

I have used the “default” standard registration form and it is working. I was able to register a user an give it a profile.

When I try and create any additional registration forms, fill them out and hit submit, nothing happens, the password just dissapears and the page doesn’t submit.

I have tried every combination of e-mail/username, removed any validation, or restrictions, also removed any password constraints.

I think its because i created a separate “user” level, one called customer, one called driver. This one is trying to register as a driver. But when I choose customer or the default profile, it does not work.

    Any assistance would be helpful.

    Hi @oxtrux,

Can you please clarify, you can’t create a registration form in Ultimate member -> Forms or you can’t register with the new registration form?
If you can’t register, please make sure that you’ve added registration form shortcode on the separate page, please keep in mind that you can only have one shortcode on the page e.g. it is not possible to have 2 registration forms on the one page or login and registration form.

    Regards.

I think I have the same problem. I tried some settings, and discovered when this problem occurs.

When the ‘registration status’ of the default role is set to ‘Auto approve’, the form works and submits the data. However, when the ‘registration status’ is set to ‘Require Admin review’, the form doesn’t seem to submit (i.e. the send button becomes unclickable and nothing seems to happen). For the user nothing seems to happen, however, the data is sent and the user is registered. However, the user is just not informed about this with a message or anything (the form doesn’t seem to send, so nothing seems to happen).

So eventually the form works, but it doesn’t seem so. Do you have a solution for this problem?

    Hello @ultimatemembersupport,

Have you looked into this? Do you know what causes the problem? We’re really stuck with this problem.
