Registration form not working

I we have been using UM for a while no issues so far. but few days back we have installed a cache plugin to increase the site performance as we are gaining 1160+ users. after installing cache plugin the UM register form started to throw an error “invalid nonce”. after checking the forums we found that cache creates conflits with UM so we have uninstalled the cache plugin after that the error stopped but the register form stopped working. once we submit the form it just redirects back to the original register page…like nothing happened.

And we tried.

disabling all plugins and switched back to default theme but still nothing works
