Registration form is not working

I’m facing an issue with your plugin. After filling out the registration form, I received a message saying, “Thank you for registering. Please check your email and verify your registration to log into the portal.” However, I am not receiving an email. If I go to Mailchimp, update the member plugin, and test the registration, I receive an email. I’m using Mailchimp, it is advisable to use Mailchimp or SMTP.
