Registration Form Error > Register link no workie

When testing my site, the register link redirects everyone to the following none existent page https://scc.maxworks.org/wp-login.php?redirect_to=index.php which makes for a lot of unhappiness and a very poor user experience. I have checked my admin panel and registration of all/anyone is allowed. I’ve looked through the forums but haven’t been able to find anything which i could understand/relate to my problem. I am a complete newb with wordpress trying to do things for the first time.
