registration form does not sync with existing wordpress form

    issues:
    1.Option to have “*” turned on on required fuelds, but existing wordpress form is not affected.

    2. Alignment is different despite choosing ‘checking’ and ‘unchecking’ Apply default WordPress styling to all fields.

    3. cannot rearrange field’s order. in screen shot it is very weird to have password, followed by reconfirm email.

    4. option to ‘check’ ‘New users will not be asked to enter a username, instead their email address will be used as their username.’ does not work. form still show ‘username’ option
