This is something that should be posted in the support forum – not as a review. I noticed in your forum history that the only two times you’ve posted on www.remarpro.com was posting support issues as reviews. Please don’t do that to other plugin developers in the future. Use the correct support forum if you need help.
(Also, I’m pretty sure you already contacted me through the premium support site’s general contact form prior to this particular posting. If you’re contacting me for free support that’s fine, but please just do it one time in one place and give me time to respond. Premium support subscribers take priority, so if you need faster turn around time, subscribe to premium support; but cross posting your same question/problem/issue across every channel I have to monitor slows down the process for everybody.)
