Registration Form Breaks on Submission

    When a User submits their registration the page becomes blank and does nothing.
    The tab reads “Page not found,” and the user is never created.

    This is a recent issue, and we have been successfully registering users before this.

    The user is set to be ‘subscriber’ and the redirect after submission is set to member profile.
