registration form and check-in — pre sale question.

Good evening
please I need some information and help concerning your plug in as I have a particular event to organize..
Is it possible create an event (no tickets, a free event..) with a registration form and a qr in confirmation email in order to check in attendees? only the pro version include qr , right?

I try to explain what I should do.
I have a list of persons to invite to an event..(it’s a corporate event)
persons are inluded in differnts categories, ( vip, guests..etc). I need to assign a colour to categories to assign places in theater.
guests will register to the event in order to confirm their presence.
is it possible to generate a qr or bar code for each registration? i need,for my client, provide a system to scan the confirmations in order to check-in persons to the event. the scan should query the registration db in your plugin. and match my csv file to return the colour for each registration..
f.e. Mr Smith will register .. I will scann his confirmation and will check he is a vip to assign to the red sector..
