Registration for all blogs

    Hi everybody,
    how I can allow registration for all blogs?

    I have this network:

    example.com
    -sub1.example.com
    -sub2.example.com
    -sub3.example.com
    -sub4.example.com

    And I need if anybody register on sub3.exemple.com he can log in on example.com, sub1.example.com etc..

    It is possible?
