Registration fields (responses) are not showing on the users profile page

Firstly, please make sure that you have the same fields on your registration and profile forms.
Secondly, check that you are showing correct profile form if you are using Unique profiles for different user roles

I’m seriously having a pickle with this – incredibly frustrating.

As you can see we have numerous fields. When users complete this form, the information isn’t being added to their individual profile pages? Please see image here – https://staff.worldyo.org/wp-content/uploads/sites/7/2017/06/um_profile.png

The only fields which are showing are:

– Username
– E-mail Address
– Account Type
– First Name

I have added ‘Last Name’ to the profile form – this shows under ‘Edit Profile’ but not with the information the user supplies during registration. It just shows blank. Have you performed a conflict test, so we can rule out theme/plugin conflicts?
This doc explains how to do a conflict test if you are not sure: How to do a plugin/theme conflict test?

Please attach screenshots of your registration form, make sure it is not role specific and the meta key fo your field is the same across all forms.
