Hello, after I updated the plugin a few days ago, it is not possible to register on the site. After all the fields are filled in and the registration button is pressed, I get a message saying that all the required fields must be filled in. The fields are filled in, but it doesn’t work again. Before the update, I used a code to remove some of the fields – to make them not required and to be hidden, and everything worked normally, but after that, the registration could not be completed. I removed all the codes but again nothing.

I also use the plugin on another site, but everything works normally there even after the update. I don’t understand where the problem is coming from.

Could you please advice where to look for a problem?

Hi there, thank you for reaching out to the Paid Memberships Pro team.

Please confirm which payment gateway you are using so that I can look further into this for you?

    Kind Regards,

Thank you for your feedback. We have a PR ready (https://github.com/strangerstudios/paid-memberships-pro/pull/3082/files) that will stop forcing those fields to show up. Once that’s been applied, please try adding back your custom code to make the fields not require and hide them, and let me know if the issue persists?

    Kind Regards,

    Hi again,

Thank you very much for your prompt reply. Unfortunately the registration is not working again. It is appear a message “Please complete all required fields.” even I put the code you sent me.

I really do not understand which fields the system expects to be filled and also why in this website it is not working but in my other site everything is OK. Both site are almost Identical, not exactly but almost.

    Hi,

Thank you for your support. I updated to PMPro 3.1.1 and also made one change to the snippet code I use to remove the required fields and finally the registration is successful.
