Registration error

  • Hello,

    I have installed Login with Ajax 3.1.5 on my website and I am currently having a problem when registering a user. Though the process is successful, i.e, I have my user registered but instead of having a successful message, I have the following “An error has occurred. Please try again later.” Can someone have an idea on how to resolve this please?

    do you have sample link to your site for us to see and analyze please?

    I had similar problems, mostly due to some errors that were occurring after the registration process completed (e.g., if you are using LWA in conjunction with another registration/members related plugin). In my particular case it was related to customized email responses that weren’t working quite right. Assuming the same is true for you, it isn’t really this plugin’s fault, though it would be nice if LWA accounted for post-registration errors.

    Thank you for your help. Sorry for the late reply. Actually it’s like mojambo said, the error occurs when the plugin is being used with another member related plugin. You are correct, it’s not really the plugin’s fault.

    Yes, its the “new user approve” plugin. You can test it and let me know if you have the same error and thanks loads.

    the plugin was working perfectly for many months, something went wrong since yesterday it’s giving password error when trying to login and not registering new users.

    Hi, I can confirm LWA 3.1.5 is not working with New User Approve 1.7.3. It gives the message “An error has occurred. Please try again later.” The user is created successfully but I assume LWA is not getting the response it expects. Without New User Approve, LWA works as expected.

    sorry haven’t tred NUA plugin before however could it be that it’s loading another jquery version?
