Registration Error

    I just downloaded the plugin and the campaign monitor add on. Things were working great, but now I’m having a problem where a new registration returns errors that the user name and email address have already been used. I’ve gone into the WordPress user admin and made sure that there wasn’t data for a registrant, but when I add a new one I get that message. It does add it to the user database but gives me those error messages. Is there some database table/field I can manually clear out?

    This problem started when I tried to activate the second email verification, which I turned off.

    I’ve got exact same problem and my plugin is not premium. What’s the solution?
