Registration Email

Hello, for website registration, we use WP-members plugin. We currently have a problem with our website in that after a new customer registers, the confirmation email containing a temporary password for the website is not delivered to their registered email address. However, if the administrator registers the new customer through the backend, the email is delivered to the registered email address. Please suggest any solutions to this problem.
