    Dear Team

    i have installed and configured the plugin correctly

    test mail works fine
    contact form mail works fine
    password reset works fine

    but

    activation mail for registration is not working

    how to solve this

  • Hi @manitexz,

    When you get a chance, could you please let me know the mailer you’re using, the registration form plugin you’re using? Probably, the receiving mailbox is rejecting depending upon the content of the activation email. Also, make sure the sender’s address sending the email matches the one you’ve authorized using WP Mail SMTP.
