Hi @gfour, thanks for your message about this.

When you navigate to WordPress > Settings > General, is your site address or IP under, “WordPress Address (URL)” and “Site Address (URL)“? If these default to your localhost, try changing them and see if there’s any effect in your notifications.

Let me know these were never different to your site URL. If they were but changing them has no effect, or you’re re-prompted to register Wordfence, let me know so we can take a closer look.

If you do need to get back in touch, it might be worth sending us a diagnostic report to wftest @ wordfence . com. You can find the link to do so at the top of the Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics page. Then click on “Send Report by Email”. Please add your forum username where indicated and respond here after you have sent it.

NOTE: It should look as follows – Screenshot of Tools > Diagnostic > Send by Email

    Thanks,
    Peter.

    Thank you for your response!

WordPress Address (URL)” and “Site Address (URL)“ are both set to ‘https://mydomain.gr as you can see in the report I’ve sent you from my test server and they never changed.

I’m looking forward to hearing from you soon. Thanks again!

    Status update.

After executing the wp search-replace function on my server, I discovered that the “siteurl” and “home” options in the wp-options table were both set to “https//127.0.0.1”. This was unexpected because I did not install a local instance of WordPress on my server. Any way, wordfence gets the right urls now.

    Thanks for your support.
