Registration does’nt works

  • Hi,

    When a new member want to register no things happens after the registration (except the refresh window with message who say to wait)

    – no new member to activate on dashboard
    – no confirmation message sent to member and admin

    what can i do ?

    Please do a conflict test and see if this issue is caused by theme/plugin conflict. This doc explains how to do a conflict test if you are not sure: How to do a plugin/theme conflict test?

    Hi,

    After many manipulations, in fact, it works with a simple registration form (eg : name and email), but i need more information on registration and when i add more fields no email are sent (to admin and member), but notification on admin panel are ok.

    What can i do more ?

    So, the issue with registration is fixed?
    Whats fields exactly have you added?
    Have you marked them “Required”?

    Please check your Settings in Ultimate member -> Settings -> Emails and Notifications sections and verify that your email is correct. You can also try to reset these sections by pressing “Reset section”.
