    Hi,

I’m not sure if I understood this correctly, but I understand you are using our plugin to create a form, and the form is not working?

Can I test the form somewhere?

Is there any error in the log on the MailChimp for WP > Other page?

    ?Thanks for letting us know.

hello, thank you for responding so fast, the problem is to enter the user’s registry, I put mailchimp to be integrated with the wordpress register, when you enter to register and put all the data and give it to register you should get an email like that user is registered and letting enter the web with their credentials but it is not like that, it is as if the registry stops working, the plugin does not make conflict and the registry does not work.

You are using our integration with the WordPress registration page (Mailchimp for WP > Integrations > Registration Form)?

Can you show me a screenshot of these settings? You can upload it to https://imgur.com/upload and post the link here.

And a link to the registration page that I can test please.

I understand that the registration page doesn’t work anymore at all, not even adds the user to WordPress Users? Does it work again when you disable the integration or disable Mailchimp for WP?

Is it a custom registration page or the default WordPress registration page?

Are you using explicit integration or a checkbox?

    ?Thanks for letting us know.

Not sure if I understand his problem so maybe I am in the wrong place but I get a “Subscription error. An error occurred. please try again later” message. Trying to sync with my MailChimp account. I have tried numerous forms and they all get the same results. Suggestions? Thanks.

@lower this does not sound like the same problem, normally it’s best to just create your own post.

The error message might not be from our plugin / doesn’t sound familiar to me. Are you sure you are using Mailchimp for WordPress? Where can I test the form?

    Hi Lap

    you can test it here:

    Bottom of the page.

    Thanks

@lower i see 2 forms and 3 submit buttons on the bottom of your site. when i filled our form i did not get any error.

can you remove the other form and also remove 1 of the extra submit buttons?

Do you see any error in the log on the Mailchimp for WP > Other page?

    Hi

Thanks. Yes, I was testing a couple of different forms hence there were two of them. I am removing the DIVI module form and using a form created through the MailChimp plugin. At the moment, this is on the home page only. I just sent a sign up submission and received no error message but so far I don’t see that user added to the list.

Do you see any error in the log on the Mailchimp for WP > Other page?

If there is nothing in the log, can you set it to “log everything” and try again and let us know if anything showed up?

If nothing shows in the log even with log everything turned on there must be something else capturing the form before our plugin get’s a chance to.

Hope that helps. If you have any questions, please let us know!
