    Oooh! Access Denied

You do not have access to this area of the application. Please refer to your system administrator.

I have tried severally to make the “Allow Everyone To Register” but it gets unticked after saving changes.

I have cleared cache and same issue persist.

  • Hello @iipmi,

Thank you for contacting Themeum support. I hope you are doing well.

You need to enable “membership” from WordPress settings > general. Next, disable cache for WP admin pages and for logged in users, also allow admin pages through your security firewall. Please do not use more than one cache plugin.

When I enable the membership and click save, it disenables itself.
I have uninstalled all security and cache plugins.

I have updated my PhP to the most recent, but the issue still persists.

    Hello @iipmi,

Please use php 8 or 8.1 as majority of the plugins and themes are not yet compatible with the latest version of php.

You can write to support at themeum dot com if you would like us to take a deeper look.

I can see the warning has disappeared and student registration form now appearing on the frontend.
