Registration confirmation email is not sent

  • I have problems with sending the registration confirmation email, users who register do not receive the email to confirm the registration, what should I do to solve this problem?

    Hi @cmplus,

    Do you have SMTP plugin installed?
    Please try to do a quick conflict test so we can rule out conflicts with other plugins or your theme and see if this issue goes away.
    Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it. Please also update to the latest 2.0.26 version of the Ultimate member core.
