Registration and Password recovery page not working

Hello Peepso team,

I have trouble, I configured everything on my website, but from some reason registration page and recovery password page stoped working.
I have shortcodes on them, but every time i click or try to enter on them I just getting redirected to home page from no reason.
Did I somehow corupted files or link or something? Can You help?
