registration and password fatal error

When members try to register for the simplepress forum and hit submit the error bellow shows up, no redirection and the members are not emailed there username and password.

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class PHPMailer in /home/cotainco/public_html/wp-includes/class-phpmailer.php on line 43
