I have resolved this issue on my own. It was, as usual, my own damn fault. I would delete this post but that does not look to be an option.

After my hosting service asked me to upgrade from PHP 5.2 to 5.4, the registration page now points to an old domain that is no longer used by this WordPress microsite.

https://travel-consultants.nathab.com/register/ has the ‘Submit’ button linking to https://www.hatnab.com/wp-login.php?action=register.

I cannot find where this hatnab.com domain is hardcoded into the plugin. It is no longer in use so it is not getting the domain from WordPress. Usage of the old domain only happens when PHP 5.3 or PHP 5.4 is used. Everything goes back to normal as soon as PHP 5.2 is used.

I would love to know how to fix this without hardcoding the new URL into WP’s page-register.php file. v6.3.8 of TML is in use.

I am happy to pay for help with this issue.
