    Hi comrades,

    Perhaps very simple question.

I am new to eCommerce and need help with account registration process for the customers.

At the moment the customer can only create an account during check out process by ticking the checkbox (screenshot in the link). Alternatively they can log in from main menu, but in the login form there is no option to create an account nether.

I am thinking it would be sensible to allow customers to create customer via ‘Join’ button on the main page at the top bar. I don’t know how to do it. It’s not a problem to create a button, but what page within WP or WooCommerce set-up it should link to? And ideally if they are already logged in, this Join button to disappear or to change to log out.

    I am using Flatsome theme.

  • Hello @ramzes777,
After installing fresh WooCommerce, there’s an option to automatically create all the essential pages for your site. Doing this you’ll see a ‘My Account’ page in your list of the page of admin panel.

The shortcode [woocommerce_my_account] will appear on the page. You can use this page as your register/login page, for example by linking to it from your header or sidebar.

This guide will help you in setting uo process:

Let me know how it goes.
