Registering, but no password

Their usernames are created and listed under “users” when I log in. I am getting an e-mail notice that someone has registered for my blog. The person that is registering does not get an e-mail with their password. My blog is at https://www.tracyandcarol.com/the_tracy_times/

I am running my own e-mail server. I register my *@gmail account, but the password is never sent. I do get the confirmation e-mail at my admin address. To test things out I was able to send mail from my server to the *@gmail account. In summary… Mail is only going to the server from WordPress. Anyone have any ideas? I use SurgeMail as my server if it matters.
