Registering authors

  • My scenario is this,

    There are many categories on the site managed by the webmaster

    one section is for users

    * a user registers on the site (this is a chargeable option).
    * They add a biography of themselves.
    * They upload a photo of themselves.
    * they can then update this biography at any time
    * they can change the picture any time
    * only registered users can see these biography’s

    How do I set up WP for this?
