Registering account “domain is not allowed”

Hello, so when I try to make an account on the forum I fill in all the field and everything and I get “domain is not allowed” for the email field, I tried different domain and still doesn’t work, can you please tell me where is the allowed domain list or how to fix this?

And something else: Can I set custom Default avatars for new users? If yes, where?
